Tysons Development Site at 1577 Spring Hill Road
Perseus Realty is pursuing the rezoning entitlements for its 3.52 acres of land at the intersection of Route 7 and Spring Hill Road. The vision is to transform the existing 6-story office building originally built in 1984 into two high-rise buildings, both within 1/8 of a mile of the new Spring Hill Metro Station. Perseus Realty's initial plans call for a mix of uses, including office, retail, hotel, multi-family residential and public/open space. The main features of the two buildings, a 500,000 square foot office/hotel/retail building and a 350,000 square foot residential/retail building, will include street level retail and interactive open space parks with water features and connectivity to adjacent properties through landscaped pathways.
