Parkside at Germantown
Parkside at Germantown is a conversion of a 265-unit townhouse community located in suburban Washington, D.C. (Germantown, MD) into a for-sale work-force housing product through a comprehensive capital and marketing campaign. Perseus Realty and its joint venture partner Urban Atlantic, as well as Fannie Mae injected $20M in renovation capital for the upgrading of units. Total project costs were $65M. Final unit sales closed in July 2007.
