Storey Park

1005 First St. NE, or the Greyhound Bus Terminal, was acquired by a joint venture between Perseus Realty and First Potomac Realty Trust in August 2011.  Located in the heart of Washington DC's North of Massachusetts submarket (NoMa) and two blocks from both the NoMa Metro stop and Union Station, this project will add a mix of uses not yet experienced by the submarket.  Designed by HKS, the development plan calls for 700,000 square feet of office and multifamily development atop more than 80,000 square feet of retail space.  Construction is expected to begin in 2017 and will be completed in 2019.
