The Properties are leased to a diverse tenant base and feature a unique mix of office, retail, and industrial space. In addition, this site is a prime location with multiple demand drivers (PTO office and National Science Foundation HQ). While managing the existing tenancy, Perseus plans to seek up to 2 million square feet of density for future development.
