Perseus Realty partnered with Ogden Capital to acquire an existing warehouse and adaptively reuse it to meet growing demand for goods and services retail and boutique office space in this corridor.  The building delivered in mid 2014 and was immediately leased to West Elm (first 2 floors), Bonstra Haresign Architects (3rd floor) and Sweetgreen (4th floor).
